About the association

The UN17 Village Residents’ Association and the tenant representations together form the resident-led structure for all five buildings in UN17 Village: Kronen, Lunden, Norden, Spidsen, and Søen.

Each building elects its own representatives, who act as a local point of contact for residents. These representatives work together across the five buildings through the Residents’ Association to address shared issues and coordinate efforts where it makes sense.

The association provides a simple, practical framework for collaboration. It helps ensure that communication is clear, that common concerns are handled consistently, and that residents have a structured way to raise issues and be heard.

The association serves as a coordination forum for the Residents’ Representations. Members are the elected Residents’ Representatives, and the board consists of the contact persons from each building. You can read more in the association’s bylaws.
